We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times an item needs to be returned/ exchanged. No worries! Returns are excepted for store credit only within 14 days from your delivery date. We currently do not offer refunds on any items.The store credit amount will be your total minus the shipping cost within 5 days after items have been inspected & approved. Exchanges can be made up to 14 days from the delivery date. 

 

You can return your item(s) through our Returns Portal! The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. 

In order to honor any store credit, all returned items must be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?

From receipt of order you have 14 days to return your item(s) for any store credit.

 

Returns must adhere to the following:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • All tags must still be attached to the unworn item/s
  • Items must not contain any evidence of wear, stains or odors and be of resaleable value 


We may make a determination based on a variety of factors as stated above during our quality assessment process.

*If the above is not adhered to when you make the return then Sincerely Bold reserves the right to return the item back to you.

 

Please note we ask you keep proof of receipt for the return in the event of any issue. Sincerely Bold reserves the right to reject any return if the team has not physically received your order and the customer can not provide evidence to support the case. (Decision will be made on a case by case basis)

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Please note due to the current situation regarding COVID-19 to protect all members of staff as best as possible no returns will be handled for 24 hours after arrival in following current guidelines. Apologies for any inconvenience the delays may cause but safety must be a top priority. After this, when the parcel arrives at our warehouse you will receive acknowledgment that the return is being processed. The time frame from your parcel being sent back to being processed will be within 7-10 business days. Should you not hear from us in this timeframe please contact our customer care email and the team will look into the matter and update you accordingly. Please ensure you retain proof of postage return for future reference and include this in any correspondence along with full name and order number when making contact. Please note we can only process your returns once your products have returned to site. Failure to provide proof will stop us from processing the return in the event of lost items.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDERED WITH KLARNA/SHOPPAY/AFTERPAY?

When choosing Klarna/ShopPay/Afterpay as your payment method you will receive your invoice from Klarna/ShopPay/Afterpay when the order leaves our warehouse. Once you have returned the product(s) please login to your account and mark the relevant product(s) as returned. Klarna/ShopPay/Afterpay will automatically notify you of your payment total as the due date approaches.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDERED SALE ITEMS?

Free gifts, Final Sale or Promotional items are not returnable.

 

HOW DO I SEND MY PARCEL BACK?

You will need to use our returns portal in the attached link. Please ensure returns are sent back via our Returns portal and a label is printed and added onto your parcel. (Please note that Sincerely Bold will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund or gift card to cover the cost of your return.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items
  • Bodysuits
  • Visibly worn items
  • Items outside of policy window

If the item(s) are no longer available, a store credit will be issued for the item/items returned value.

 

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and the shipping cost.
